This workshop is designed to help Student Affairs Professionals develop an understanding of the spiritual, ethical and legal issues confronting our profession today. You will examine conflict and explore contemporary events occurring on our campuses through various learning methodologies. Regional practitioners and faculty will assist you in exploring your beliefs and role as they relate to working with students searching for meaning and purpose in their lives. Gary Pavela’s national leadership in integrating moral and ethical development for student academic success will be the focus of day two. The workshop is limited to 70 registrants.
Student Affairs Professionals who have particular interests in exploring spiritual and moral development of college students and critical issues facing higher education today.
• Meet and Network with other SA Professionals in North Dakota.
• Read, Discuss, and Ponder relevant and pressing issues in contemporary Student Affairs practice.
• Receive resources that will allow you to take this topic back to your campus for further exploration.
The cost of attending the workshop is $30 per attendee. Please make checks payable to UND.
