One thing is for sure, you will leave knowing you worked hard and had fun at the same time.
Yoga Strength
This Vinyasa style yoga class stretches, strengthens, and tones the entire body. Vinyasa means to flow with breath and each pose flows into the next to balance and focus the mind and create energy. Basic yoga poses and sun salutations are combined to provide a well-rounded yoga class. Anyone can attend; no need to have any prior experience.Intensity Level: III
CoreCycle
A cycling class for the "hard-core." If you love indoor cycling but always wished you could get an ab workout as well, this class is for you. Participants can expect medium to moderate intensity levels at each class. We start with 45 minutes of cycling and end with a solid 20 minutes of core training. This is a total body workout that cannot be matched!Intensity Level: III
Step It Up
Step aerobics is a great cardiovascular workout using a low bench/step. It is rhythmic, low impact and a great way to target and sculpt the legs, thighs and glutes. This class will be a medium level step class with easy to intermediate level choreography, intensity and cardio. Modifications are available for beginner and experienced steppers. At the end of each class will be an efficient and challenging abdominal and back workout, before stretching.Intensity Level: II
Hip Hop
High-impact cardio workout that frees you to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles (funk, hip-hop, R & B, house, street jazz) and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Exciting "funky" moves will be taught as you combine them together to create complete dance sequences. This class is for everyone, with or without a dance background.Intensity Level: II
Wake Up and Cycle!
Start your day with us and spin your way to a great day. Indoor cycling with motivating music, videos, disco lights, and black lights too…pedal your way through a fun cardiovascular workout. This workout is delivered to you and your senses. Every bike comes with its own cadence & heart rate monitor display so you have a complete understanding of the intensity level that you are working out at.Intensity Level: II
Cycling with Grey's Anatomy
Do you love Grey’s Anatomy so much that you just can’t miss it? Well here’s your chance to enjoy a fun cycling workout while watching Grey’s Anatomy. We’ll pump it up during the commercials and slow it down during the show so you won’t miss a thing. So come ride and watch!Intensity Level: I
Muscle Pump
A group exercise class that combines free weights, barbells, and weighted body bars that is set to music. Lift weights the fun way!Intensity Level: III
Boot Camp
Do you need motivation? Do you want to be in a group with people just like you? If you answered yes to these questions then boot camp is for you! This won't be a boring workout by any means. Everyday is something different. Not only will you be working individually but you will also incorporate aspects of teamwork into this high energy exercise. Each class will have cardio, agility, and strength along with a warm up and cool down. It’s time to come to camp!Intensity Level: III
Accelerated Cycling
Everybody at any level can try this class; it may be tough but you can do it! Use of heart rate monitors is highly encouraged for this class. This accelerated class is designed as a true cycling workout that will increase your aerobic and anaerobic functions. While training for hills, sprints, speed, and much more you will leave this hour long class with a better understanding of cardiovascular training; not to mention all the fun you’ll have getting there!Intensity Level: IIII
Member Step & Tone
These early AM classes are specifically for those who remember the original style of aerobics. If you have memories of leg warmers and Jane Fonda tapes, join us for a solid workout. Creative moves for everyone to enjoy, all levels can benefit from this class. Make us your first priority in the morning and join us for a healthy, fun, and stress free workout to get your day started with the right “STEP.”Intensity Level: II

Yoga Relax is a class that is focused on breathing techniques and stretching to relax the mind, body and soul through yoga practice. No need to have prior yoga experience; join the class at any time and experience the benefits of Yoga Relax.Intensity Level: I
ZUMBA
Zumba is a fun, effective and simple fitness system inspired by Latin Dancing. It uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It targets areas such as gluts, legs, arms, ABS This program combines these fitness methods with hot and explosive Latin and exotic music rhythms and dance moves to create a fitness program that motivates everyone to be active, get in shape in fun “PARTY-LIKE” atmosphere and to return to the aerobic room for group fitness classes.Intensity Level: II

Abs Blast
Abs Blast Looking for an Abs workout that really works? Have you been trying to work on that six pack to show off at the beach this summer? Or maybe you are just looking into toning your abs a bit? This is not your average abs class, if you are looking for a challenge this class is for you! This is a quick 30 minutes class that is designed to shape, tone, and strengthen your abdominals. A low impact, high intensity class with a focused purpose.Intensity Level: III
Salsa
Salsa is a dance created by Spanish-speaking people from the Caribbean, which consists of a lot of hip movements, fluid transitions and intricate footwork. Salsa delivers a whole body workout to help strengthen the cardiovascular system, experience the freedom of moving, improve flexibility increase stamina, and relieve stress! The class introduces you to the rhythm and timing of the music, basic footwork, and dance positions. As the class progresses more challenging combinations will be introduced. You are not required to bring a partner to attend.Intensity Level: II
Xpress Pump
This 30 minute class combines free weights, medicine balls, and resistance bands that will get you fit fast!Intensity Level: III
Cycling with Gossip Girl
