Team-Building Activities
Culinary team-building is currently one of the hottest trends in the area of enhancing a group’s performance. Much like the ingredients in a recipe, each member performs a unique role within the organization, yet is dependent on other members to achieve both short-term goals and long-term objectives. The Culinary Corner is the only demonstration kitchen in the Greater Grand Forks that offers these wonderful culinary team-building activities.
Printable copies of both team building menus are listed below. Please note the green menu is meant for on-campus groups or organizations and the purple menu is reserved for off-campus groups.
